Abstract: The development of colleges and universities is closely related to the quality of human resource management. To ensure the quality of human resource management in Colleges and universities, scientific human resource management mode must be adopted. From the current situation, many colleges and universities in China's underdeveloped areas are facing the serious problem of brain drain. The main reason lies in the backward human resource management mode. Therefore, to solve this problem, we must strengthen the improvement and innovation of human resource management mode. In this paper, the author analyzes and studies the innovation of human resource management mode in Colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas.
