Abstract: AHP (analytic hierarchy process ) is a decision-making method which transforms qualitative problems into quantitative problems by constructing hierarchical structure.According to AHP,the core competitiveness of Higher Vocational College Students is divided into six aspects: responsibility consciousness, practical ability, professional knowledge, team cooperation, career positioning and interpersonal communication ability.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to develop students' solid professional skills and practical skills through the school-enterprise cooperation.Students' sense of responsibility can be enhanced through career planning,vocational training, extracurricular activities and social practice.It also helps to improve students' team cooperation ability and interpersonal communication ability through varied campus activities.
