Discussion on Cultivating Creative Talents for Foreign Language Majors in Application-oriented Universities

Abstract

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the cultivation of innovative talents of foreign language specialty in application-oriented undergraduate colleges. On the basis of briefly expounding the necessity of cultivation of innovative talents of foreign language specialty in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, it probes into the practical strategies of cultivation of innovative talents of foreign language specialty, aiming at cultivating innovative talents with local characteristics and effectively improving the off campus level of undergraduate colleges. The core competitiveness of the employment market of English graduates lays a solid foundation for improving the employment rate of application-oriented universities.
