Abstract: The report of the 19th National Party Congress pointed out that "employment is the greatest livelihood" and requires the whole society to pay great attention to the employment of college students. Under the situation of rapid economic development, Chinese industry has gradually changed from labor-intensive to resource-intensive, and the job market has increasingly tilted to highly skilled and highly educated talents. It is obvious that the entrance examination has become one of the main ways for college students to improve their competitiveness and achieve high-quality employment. Therefore, from the perspective of career planning, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the personal planning of college students for the entire life course related to work, and to construct a long-term working model to cultivate and enhance college students' awareness of studying and researching.
