Research on the Training Mode of Strategic Sci-tech Talents Based on the School Enterprise Alliance Between Fujian and Taiwan

Abstract: With the development of strategic Sci-tech industry in Fujian and Taiwan, the demand for Sci-Tech talents has been increasing in recent years. That means the key to promote the development of cross-strait strategic Sci-tech industry depends on cultivating a number of strategic Sci-tech qualified personnel for enterprises. This paper aims to make a reference program for strategic cultivation mode of Sci-Tech talents based on university-enterprises cooperation in Fujian and Taiwan by comparing the related advantages of Fujian and Taiwan.
