Abstract: Promoting the construction of "Double-First-Class" is an important task for the development of China's higher education in the near future. In the process of promoting the construction of first-class University and first-class discipline, the investment of higher education funds has become an important factor determining the success or failure of the construction. Based on a systematic analysis of the requirements of "double-first-class" construction for the input of Higher Education Funds, this paper investigates the main problems existing in the input of local higher education funds, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the input of education funds.
