Abstract: Under the social wave of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Initiative", cultivating students' core ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become an core task of college teachers.The teaching resource of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on working process for digital media technology major are currently in a lack state.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the concept, principles and methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources development based on the working process of digital media major.It is suggested that "learning by doing" should be emphasized, with the purpose of strengthening students' awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the innovation and entrepreneurship education resources of digital media major based on working process should be developed scientifically and systematically based on work practice .
