Abstract: The overall promotion of modern apprenticeship is an important strategic layout for the development of China's vocational education in the new era. Guangxi Vocational Colleges, in the light of their own characteristics in running schools, actively carry out the pilot practice and reform exploration of the modern apprenticeship system, and in promoting the integration of industry and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and realizing the dual roles of educating people and dual identities, we have accumulated rich and valuable experience in constructing the integration of recruitment and employment, course teaching system, assessment and evaluation mechanism, and perfecting the sustainable training system of vocational education. The practice has proved that the modern apprenticeship system can improve the quality and level of training technical talents in an all-round way, and the comprehensive promotion and popularization of the modern apprenticeship system has become an important support for deepening and promoting the reform of vocational education in an all-round way.
