The Influence of Psychological Capital on Achievement Motivation and Employment Ability of Vocational School Students

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of psychological capital on the achievement motivation and employability of vocational college students, this study uses questionnaire survey method to randomly select 401 students from some vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, and uses pls partial least square structural equation model to analyze the survey data. The results show that psychological capital has an effect on the achievement motivation and employability of vocational college students and it has significant prediction ability; achievement motivation has obvious intermediary effect between psychological capital and employment ability; vocational colleges can improve students' employment ability by cultivating students' psychological capital and achievement motivation. The conclusion of the study has some enlightenment to solve the employment problem of vocational college students.
