Abstract: Post-service education is one of the important links of teachers' professional development and an important way for teachers of science and engineering colleges to grow. From definition of post-service education, the paper explores the importance andnecessary of post-service education in Universities of Science and Technology, and analyzes the traditional modeds of post-service education vocationafrom on campus and off campus. On that basis, the paper put forwards a new path of post - service education for teachers in Universities of Science and Technology from four aspects, that is the tutorial system of post-service education on campus, mechanism construction, platform construction and improvement, team construction off campus. The explain of the platform construction and improvement will be focus on three dimensions, that is innovative school-enterprise joint training models, sharing of school-enterprise two-way resources, efficient use of "Internet+", online and offline management, integration of high-quality resources of training institutions.
