Abstract: The theory of "three spirals" is applied to the research of entrepreneurship education in universities. Its theoretical model is more and more mature, but it is applied to the research of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. Its theoretical model needs to be modified and applied according to the actual situation of higher vocational colleges. Taking Changzhou Higher Vocational Education Park as an example, based on the three helix theory, this paper points out that there are some problems in the entrepreneurship education of the park, such as the lack of practical resources of entrepreneurship education, the lack of practice platform of entrepreneurship education, the lack of flexibility in the operation of government's entrepreneurship support policies, and the low awareness of Higher Vocational Students' policies. At the same time, it puts forward the positioning of micro entrepreneurship, carrying out entrepreneurship education, and establishing cooperation mechanism with small and micro enterprises ,expanding the platform of entrepreneurship education and practical resources and increasing the publicity and policy operability.
