Abstract: Nowadays, universities are mainly responsible for entrepreneurship education. But one problem facing Chinese universities, especially research universities is the lack of motivation among their highly educated students. Indianan University-Bloomington (IUB)—a famous research university established a human-centered entrepreneurial eco-system and was ranked the No.1 for its entrepreneurship education among American public universities in 2018. Based on the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial intentions proposed by Ghulam Nabi et.al(2020),this paper analyzes the features of IUB’s entrepreneurship education in terms of the academic research, courses, alumni network and the incubation system. The goal is to provide inspirations to Chinese research universities in motivating students to involve in the entrepreneurship programs.
