Abstract: Modern apprenticeship is a major innovation of my country's skill training model and training system, and the development of modern apprenticeship is a requirement for talent training in higher vocational colleges. In order to scientifically judge the implementation quality of the modern apprenticeship project in vocational colleges, the research team has formulated three groups for students, teachers and enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College for the quality of the school and the opinions and suggestions of the pilot project cooperative enterprises. With regard to the evaluation index system, we conducted a survey on the implementation of the pilot work of the school’s modern apprenticeship system. The article analyzes and summarizes based on the survey data, puts forward the main problems and suggestions, and hopes to provide reference for the work of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.
