Abstract: Allowing employees to actively participate in colorful cultural and sports activities can help them develop a healthy and positive mentality. The organization of cultural and sports activities in various forms can not only bring a more frequent communication among the employees in scientific research institutes, but also enrich their lives, thus improving their ability to work under pressure and work efficiency. In the context of new policies and concepts, the importance of cultural and sports activities and how to make better use of them have been specifically studied in this paper. This paper also studied that how does the scientific research institutes improve cohesion of employees by developing employees' cultural and sports activities, and proposed the corresponding solutions to promote the successful cultural and sports activities for employees in scientific research institutes.
