Early Childhood Literature Course Design by Using Curriculum Ideology based on Alexander and the Wind-up Mouse

Abstract: Picture books, as a form of expression of children's literature, attract children with their colorful pictures and concise words, which are of great significance to children's education and growth. On the basis of illustrating the important significance of children's literature picture book teaching for value guidance and ideological and moral enlightenment, this paper takes Picture book Alexander and A Wind-up Mouse as an example to discuss the practical application of kindergarten literature picture book from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics. Moreover, this article proposes that in the process of picture book teaching in kindergartens, curriculum ideology needs to be integrated into the practice of picture book reading education, looking for ways to cultivate children's moral cultivation through picture book reading teaching and to optimize the curriculum design of early childhood literacy.
