Abstract: Forty-six students who had practiced general surgery in Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical University were selected as study subjects, all from January 2019 to April 2020, they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 23 cases in each group. Traditional teaching and interactive joint questioning teaching were carried out respectively in the teaching rounds, and the test scores, comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of innovation ability, active learning ability and emergency response ability of the research group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The results prove that the application of interactive joint questioning teaching can improve students' test scores and comprehensive ability, and the teaching satisfaction is ideal, which has promotion value.
