Abstract: Based on the "three-step" strategy of rural revitalization, it is a positive response to the requirements of national policies to build a college student talent team to help Rural Revitalization Strategy accurately. This paper taking the employment flow of some college graduates in Wenzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of College Students' helping rural revitalization, analyzes the important role and significance of college students in Rural Revitalization Strategy, clarifies the many factors restricting college students' returning to their hometown for employment, and explores the efforts of the state, society, universities, families and individuals to help rural college students return to their hometown for employment, so as to cultivate students' employment in rural areas "Understand agriculture, love the countryside, love farmers" Rural Revitalization of college students to provide effective suggestions.
