Abstract: "Smart campus teaching and teaching" is a brand-new operation, providing students with more abundant learning experience. Radio and television universities often rely on information technology to carry out curriculum teaching. In other words, the construction of smart campus teaching and learning gives more opportunities for TVU to transform into an open university and helps to expand and update the distance education mode. This paper takes smart campus teaching as the breakthrough point, analyzes the necessity of its construction, and further puts forward the concrete construction points of the new computer teaching mode. It aims to improve the efficiency and quality of computer teaching in RTVU.
