The Bilingual Teaching Reform of Organizational Behavior Research based on the Cultivation of Academic Innovation Ability

Abstract: In the trend of internationalized teaching, the traditional way of education has been unable to satisfy the graduate students' understanding and mastering of the frontier academic dynamics, and bilingual education has gradually become the reform direction of postgraduate students. How to improve graduate students' academic innovation ability under this background is the key goal of graduate education. This paper takes the curriculum construction and reform of organizational behavior research of Guangdong University of finance and economics as an example to discuss the curriculum reform strategy of how to cultivate and enhance the innovation ability of postgraduates. This study shows that the academic innovation ability of graduate students can be effectively improved through bilingual teaching, advanced topic teaching and personalized counseling.
