Compensation Design of Full-time Entrepreneurship Mentors in Colleges and Universities——Taking Nanning University as An Example

Abstract: The Ministry of Education regards innovation and entrepreneurship education as the focus of higher education. Most colleges and universities, including Nanning University, attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education and employ a certain number of full-time entrepreneurship mentors. Compensation management is the core link of entrepreneurship mentor management, which is related to the economic interests of entrepreneurship mentors and directly affects the enthusiasm of entrepreneurship mentors, thus ultimately affecting the work of innovative entrepreneurship education. On the basis of literature discussion, this paper proposes the steps of compensation design for full-time entrepreneurship mentors in colleges and universities, and puts them into practice in Nanning University. It obtains good practical results, and relevant contents can be used for reference by peer colleges and universities.
