Abstract: Since the financial crisis in 2008, China's economic development has slowed down, from high-speed growth to medium speed, but the new employment in cities and towns has a steady upward trend. Driven by technological innovation, the form of employment has gradually stabilized, which plays a good buffer role in the employment risks caused by the economic downturn. The role of innovative talents in economic development is more and more obvious. This paper analyzes the current situation of innovative talents training from the perspective of new forms of employment, and puts forward a talent training path based on practice, focusing on speculative ability, scientific research ability and comprehensive quality, so as to provide some suggestions for talent training in Colleges and universities.
