Abstract: Educational innovation and reform has promoted the development of quality education with the goal of core literacy, and the construction of skilled team of college students' practical innovation ability has also become an important index in the construction of students' core competence. It has promoted the implementation of core quality teaching in the university campus and played an active role in promoting students' professional and technical ability, team cooperation ability and team organization building ability.
