Study on the Influencing Factors of Higher Vocational Students'Learning Burnout in Western Ethnic Areas

Abstract: Through the study burnout scale combined with the questionnaire, the study burnout of higher vocational students in western ethnic areas was investigated in order to reveal the level of learning burnout of higher vocational students in western ethnic areas and its influencing factors. Furthermore, the result provides the basis for improving the study status of higher vocational students in western ethnic areas and improving the quality of personnel training. The results showed that the students of higher vocational colleges in western minority areas had moderate learning burnout, the most serious of which was low sense of achievement, followed by improper behavior and low mood. Different genders, grades, majors and majors selection method have different influences on different dimensions of learning burnout, while the influence of different sources of students and family economic status has no statistical significance.
