Abstract: Under the background of "Internet plus", online education in colleges and universities develops rapidly, but the disconnection between learning process and learning evaluation, the construction of education platform and the insufficient sharing of resources need to be improved urgently. Especially with the further development of network technology, it is necessary for college educators to focus on the implementation of a systematic analysis of the new teaching mode of "Internet plus education" in order to better promote the development of online education. Based on this, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures such as strengthening policy support and increasing practical interaction.
