Establish " Two-way Evaluation Mechanism" between School and Enterprise, Precisionly Monitor Practice-teaching Quality——Discussion on Promoting Sincere Cooperation between School and Enterprise,and Improving Practical Ability of Skilled Talents through Assessment Mechanism

Abstract: The talent training program of vocational education includes school teaching and enterprise practice teaching. However, influenced by many factors, such as for the consideration of economic benefits, many enterprises passively respond to the internship tasks of vocational school students, resulting in the deficiency of practical teaching in Vocational Education for a long time. This paper proposes that the government should build a platform based on the actual situation and implement the "school enterprise two-way assessment mechanism" to force school enterprise cooperation, which can promote the quality of vocational education personnel training.
