Discussion on Improving the Incentive Mechanism for Experimental Technical Team in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

Abstract: In order to realize the connotative development of higher education, we have pay attention to the construction of teaching staff. As an important part of university teachers, experimental technicians play an indispensable role in practical teaching, equipment management, scientific research and social services. However, their status and role have not been realized enough for a long time, which greatly restricts the improvement of talent training quality and laboratory management level. How to establish a scientific incentive mechanism is an important task. Universities should improve the incentive mechanism in an all-round way to promote the construction of experimental technology team, ensure the long-term stability of experimental technology team, and promote its enthusiasm and creativity.
