Research on the Optimization Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Private Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit Cultivation

Abstract

Abstract: This article first explains some of the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship of private higher vocational colleges at the current stage, including the weak sense of innovation of students, the lack of comprehensive ability of students, the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship campus culture construction, private higher vocational colleges There are several aspects such as backward teaching concepts. Then it discusses the solutions to the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher vocational colleges at this stage, and finally discusses the role of craftsman spirit in the new mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher vocational colleges from three aspects: improving students' sense of responsibility, improving students' ability and improving students' entrepreneurial quality.
