Abstract: In view of the problems of fragmentation, theorization, and lack of practice in the development and utilization of "curricular ideological and political" teaching resources in higher vocational English, we must base ourselves on the fundamental educational task of "building people with morality", focus on teachers, classrooms, and practice, and stay close to college students. "Professional growth, spiritual adult", do a good job in the development and utilization of "curricular ideological and political" teaching resources in higher vocational English, and then achieve effective professional teaching and value guidance for college students.
