Abstract: In the process of releasing social driving force of innovation, entrepreneurship and creation, higher education still has some problems, such as insufficient understanding of concepts, unclear training objectives and insufficient teaching means. If we would like to further deepen the reform of tertiary innovation education on the basis of the present, it is the first task to clarify the connotation, differences and internal relations of innovation education, creation education and entrepreneurship education. Based on this, we will build a personalized training program with long-term guiding significance for college students, and build a three-innovation education system centering on one center, targeting at two groups, including three stages and four levels, and based on five platforms. Through continuous innovation, practice and self-optimization, the new mode of talent training in colleges and universities is gradually explored.
