Abstract: starting from January 2017, the examination of accounting certificate will be canceled. The primary accounting qualification in accounting major will be the minimum threshold. The cancellation of the certificate of accounting work is not to lower the requirements for professionals, but to put forward higher requirements for accounting professionals. Secondary vocational education accounting students will face greater challenges. Our school is located in the beautiful hometown of overseas Chinese in jinjiang, fujian province, which has its unique charm of enterprise. There are many private enterprises in jinjiang, which is an important job market for our students. With the development of private economy, the requirements for accounting professionals are getting higher and higher. As a teacher of accounting major in a secondary vocational school, it is important for students to learn the practical ability of accounting.
