Abstract: In the second foreign language teaching in Colleges and universities, a new teaching mode has been formed by breaking the traditional teaching mode and applying Internet technology. The advantage of using Internet in teaching lies in making full use of network resources, teachers can quickly find the materials they need in teaching, thus improving the utilization rate of classroom time. Teachers can also make the main teaching content as courseware and transfer it to the designated teaching platform. As long as students are online, they can watch the courseware, which makes the second foreign language development learning break through the limitation of time and space, and make full use of the fragmented time learning. In such a teaching environment, the role of teachers should also change, and play a correct role in guiding students' learning. Not only the quality of teaching has been improved, but also students' interest in learning French has been aroused, so as to improve learning efficiency. This thesis focuses on the study of the network resources and the change of teacher roles in the second language teaching in Universities under the background of "Internet +".
