On the Classroom Construction and Teaching Innovation of "Gold Course" in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era

Abstract: Classroom is the main channel for cultivating talents, the main place for students to study, the joint point of bilateral activities between teachers and students, and the starting line for the growth of talents. Classroom learning is an important method for higher vocational students to acquire knowledge and improve their theoretical literacy. However, the disadvantages such as poor self-control ability, lack of learning motivation and goals, poor learning habits and weak cultural foundation make the classroom learning process like a backwater, communication between teachers and students, teaching cohesion is getting worse and worse. The paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the formation of higher vocational classes, and puts forward the idea and design of teachers and students co-creating the "gold course" in higher vocational schools, that teachers should keep pace with the times, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, students should apply what they have learned and develop their wisdom, thus forms benign classroom for teaching and learning and teaching quality improvement.
