Abstract: Under the upsurge of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has been constantly promoted. However, due to the limitation of their own resources, the universities often tend to pay more attention to theoretical teaching and ignore the importance of practice system, which results in the lack of effective cultivation of college students' practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is an important link to improve the talent training mechanism of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” to build an innovation and entrepreneurship practice system under the mode of the cooperation between university and enterprise in combination with the forces of production and research. Based on the survey results of 10 university students in Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship practice system in universities, demonstrates the feasibility of building innovation and entrepreneurship practice system through cooperation between universities and enterprises, and then puts forward the specific contents of the innovation and entrepreneurship practice system under the mode of the cooperation between university and enterprise, which provides a useful reference for universities to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship practice system and the training mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
