Research on Training Mode of Industrial Engineering Applied Talents based on Educating People through Scientific Research

Abstract

Abstract: ：High-quality, compound and applied industrial engineering professionals can help improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. This paper puts forward the concept of educating people through scientific research as the guiding principle of education. By building outstanding faculty teams, constructing unique curriculum systems, innovating teaching content and methods, implementing collaborative education of industry, academia and research, this paper explores a way to train innovative talents through teaching and research, supporting high-quality teaching with high-level scientific research, and constructing a new system of improving the quality of industrial engineering applied talents that meets the needs of the times and the situation.
