Many universities in the northwest still follow the education mode under the old system. The current international popular education and teaching concept of "student-centered, achievement oriented, and continuous improvement" has not been thoroughly implemented. The educational achievements of "Building Morality and cultivating talents, focusing on students' busy, teachers' strong, strict management and practical effect, deepening the reform of education and teaching in Colleges and universities, and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor" are also not ideal. The ability of students to use knowledge to solve problems needs to be improved.
