On the Teaching Mode of Part-time Postgraduate Training

Abstract: Since 2017, part-time postgraduates and full-time postgraduates have unified examination papers and admission standards, and implemented the development of integration. However, in the process of enrollment and teaching of part-time postgraduates, there are some difficulties, such as "students' low willingness to apply for examination", "teaching activities are difficult to carry out normally". Online teaching platform provides a modern platform and conditions for employees to receive higher-level education. The author suggests that, in order to reduce the pressure of students' learning and teachers' teaching, the majority of colleges and universities should take part-time master's teaching experience into consideration and change 70%-80% of the part-time master's professional teaching hours to online teaching (the remaining 20%-30% will answer questions face to face).
