Research and Practice of "3 + 2" Clinical Teaching Reform Model

Abstract: In the process of clinical medicine teaching, there are many advantages in applying the "3+2" teaching mode, including short study time at school, fixed locations for trainees and internships, concentration of students and student party members, and so on. There will also be some problems in the process, including the lack of a sound management system, weak student belonging, and the lack of connections between students and schools. In order to improve the effectiveness of clinical teaching management, it is necessary to further improve the current incomplete management system, strengthen student training and pre-internship training, improve student party building, increase class self-management and cadre training, and promote class culture. Construction to increase student-school links.
