Research on the Application of Flipped Classroom Teaching Method in Public Physical Education ——Take Cheerleading Teaching as An Example

Abstract: Flipped classroom teaching mode means that students complete knowledge learning in their spare time or at home, turn the classroom into an interactive place between teachers and students, help students to answer the practical problems they encounter in learning, have more time to master more learning skills, so as to achieve better education effect, and use flipped teaching method in physical education classroom compared with traditional teaching method Compared with the flipped classroom, the flipped classroom teaching method can arouse the students' enthusiasm for learning, increase their creativity, increase their love for physical education courses, and more actively invest in learning. It is an inevitable trend in modern teaching to quote the flipped classroom teaching method in the study of dancing events in Public Physical Education courses.
