Abstract: In order to deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in institutions of higher learning, it is an important means to organize innovation and entrepreneurship contests of all kinds at all levels. Through the contests, students' innovation consciousness is stimulated, students' entrepreneurial ability is cultivated, and teachers' entrepreneurial guidance and service ability is improved. The innovation in the process of entrepreneurship competition held there are weak propaganda insufficiency, the higher vocational students' innovative undertaking quality, entrepreneurial guidance teacher experience shortage, imperfect incentive problem, need to intensify publicity, strengthening the construction of teachers, improve the incentives and competition organization and management mechanism, to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students.
