Abstract: In today's education and employment environment in China, the gap between "non key" university graduates and "key construction" university graduates in education resources and employment resources is also growing.This phenomenon is directly reflected in: the large gap in educational resources leads to unfair distribution of employment resources, which leads to a large number of excellent employment opportunities obtained by graduates of key universities, "non key" university graduates will face the embarrassing situation that they can not find suitable jobs or even have no job opportunities in many times. In a word, "non key" college students are at a disadvantage in the employment competition. Combined with the above background, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons for the gap between the two types of graduates in the face of the employment market, and give suggestions to help "non key" college graduates improve their employment ability and find suitable jobs.
