Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of China's social economy, the strategic importance of talents has become more prominent. At the same time, in the face of the fierce market competition environment, it has put more and higher requirements on it. Under the modern quality education structure, students are at the center, and on the basis of fully respecting their personality differences, organizing efficient learning activities is the key to the reform. Under the information ecology, the application of big data mining technology in personalized learning in colleges and universities has produced significant results, and its practice is imperative. Based on the discussion of related concepts, this article focuses on the application of big data mining technology in personalized learning in colleges and universities.
