Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy, the state attaches great importance to the entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, and the status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is gradually improving. In the new era, the 17th National Congress of China's trade union proposed a change in the duties of labour union. The work of labour union is not only to protect workers, but also to serve them wholeheartedly.
