Abstract: As a counselor, we should uphold the idea that colleges and universities are a "community of education". In the perspective of collaborative education, from the perspective of interoperability of collaborative theme and goal, complementarity of collaborative content and practice direction, mutual learning of collaborative way and education method, this paper examines how to realize the two-way improvement of professional quality and collaborative education ability of professional teachers and counselors, and how to grasp the role of "channel keeper" and fulfill the role of "field sower" in the "booting" period of young college students Of great significance. From the perspective of Ideological and political education, counselors can start from the students' daily life world to study how to realize the construction of the education mechanism of collaboration, peer-to-peer and interconnection with professional teachers.
