Abstract: Millions of college graduates come into the employment market every year. As one of the important groups in the employment force, the employment situation of college art students is very severe. This is also related to its own concept of employment. In this context, this paper will start with the current situation of College Art Students' employment and some of the existing problems, combined with relevant research materials, focusing on the transformation and innovation of College Art Students' employment concept.
