Abstract: In the context of globalization, adherence to national culture is the responsibility of contemporary college students. Cross-cultural perspective requires that socialist core values education in the vocational colleges should advance with the times. This article clarifies the importance of socialist core values education from a cross-cultural perspective, and analyzes the problems that current higher vocational colleges lack of emphasis on values education, lack of innovative forms, and lack of continuity. In view of the above problems, this article puts forward feasibility suggestions from the aspects of unified thinking, innovative forms, and the construction of a whole-process education system.
