Analysis on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Nurses' Professional Titles in Different Levels of Patients in the Public Top Three Hospitals

Abstract: ObjectiveThrough the investigation of the inpatients in the third grade a hospital, to understand the status quo of different levels of patients equipped with nurses with different professional titles, to analyze and discuss the existing problems, in order to provide the basis for improving the implementation requirements of the industry standard of classified nursing. MethodsTandom sampling survey was used to investigate the inpatients in each department. Results6287 patients were included in the study, and the proportion of patients in different levels in different departments was different. The proportion of patients in primary care and secondary care was the highest, accounting for 50.96% and 46.49% of the total patients, respectively. The frequency of nurses included in the study was 6287 times, and the proportion of nurses with different titles in different departments was different, and the proportion of nurses was the highest, accounting for the total frequency of nurses included in the study. There was no significant difference among nurses with different titles in different grades(P>0.05). ConclusionIt is necessary to further clarify the implementation requirements of graded nursing so as to make it more suitable for clinical practice.
