Research on the Way to Improve the Attention of Students in Employment Guidance Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Facing the current situation of low concentration of Vocational College Students in employment guidance class, this paper discusses the way to improve students' concentration, including building trust with students, grasping the sense of rhythm in the classroom from the perspectives of teaching language, teaching process and teaching difficulty, introducing workshops, flipped classroom, experience sharing and other ways to enrich the teaching mode, and setting up in class tests to create tension, in order to improve the students' concentration in the employment guidance class and ensure the effective implementation of classroom activities.
