Research on the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Higher Vocational Medical Students under the School-Enterprise Cooperation Model

Abstract

Abstract: School enterprise cooperation promotes the reform and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Firstly, the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical specialty in higher vocational colleges are analyzed. Then, the school enterprise cooperation mode is proposed from the aspects of personnel training program formulation, curriculum system improvement, teaching method reform, the use of school enterprise cooperation training platform inside and outside the school, the construction of double teacher team, and the creation of innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere, in order to provide some reference for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical students in higher vocational colleges.
