Abstract: Based on the accelerated development of China's aviation industry, each airline on the flight attendant talent requirements are more demanding, but also make flight attendant college students continue to improve their personal comprehensive quality. Flight attendant college students not only need to have professional quality, but also need to constantly enrich their own cultural quality, in order to meet the needs of airlines. To this end, this paper analyzes the current status of flight attendant service industry in our country, and analyze the flight attendant professional students cultural quality education problems, and put forward to strengthen the cultural quality education value, and optimize the curriculum system two specific ways, in order to achieve on the improvement of flight attendant students cultural quality education, and makes students more conform to the airline's need for cultural quality education.
