Abstract: The “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” is the key to promote China's supply-side structural reform, implement innovative development strategy and revitalize the real economy. This article aims to analyze college students' innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem, first analyzes the college students' innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem building internal logic, to construct "high social ecology, high innovation entrepreneurship" condition as the goal, and then expounds the constitution of college students' innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem building and the entrepreneurial team as the core system, the basis of education system in colleges and universities, government policy and environment as a support mechanism, thus to realize our country college students' innovative undertaking to provide a sound and support innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem.
